Hey guys! (new here) I have downloaded ExitE and ExitE: portal pack but when i create a portal only a greyish thing with the shape as the ones in the games appear.... I want too see through it, like in the movie when he sees himself inside the portal! But when i try it nothing appears, only the grey hole  . I can walk through it like normal, but none of the special RT-camera effects is visible. Anyone else have this problem, and is there someone who can help me fix it?

you, need a better, graphics card. well go to, settings, video settings, advanced, turn your shader settings all the way up. then youll see through the portals. but it helps to have a better graphics card.

Hi, welcome. What CabooseJr said is true. Just turn your shader settings in options to the highest.

No what caboosejr said is not all true, just turning the shaders up will not make it work. You have to have dx9 hardware and if you have it you have to turn shaders to the highest. If you have dx8 or below you're stuffed. --------------------

Either way i am posting a picture  Also i have found a bug in Portal Pack in the start...  When i come to this place and put a portal so the turret will fall over, the turret falls in goes up the other hole then the game crashes! Over and over again.. --------------------

its a bug with exite itself. it does that with almost everyone. Back to the portals, Shader options on full work for some people so its worth a try. if it doesnt its your card --------------------

Set the shades to high as told.. now the portals work normal. i can see through them now!

In this Alpha release the turrets cannot pass through the portals, it will be fixed soon. -------------------- |

Is there someway to add console to portal pack? i have tried to enter it in the option thing you can choose from inside STEAM. And can i somehow get the portal gun, textures, effects, and all of that stuff into Gmod 10?

Nope you cannot inject the portal gun into GMOD
